I like how you didn't go white water rafting because you wanted to stay home to get the simple things done, like "the dishes". I hope your blog came first, dishes should always come in second. In two weeks you won't remember if the dishes weren't done*(see note below), but your blog, now that's forever!

*For that to be true of course, you would have had to do them on the other days of the two weeks.
