A few pictures from our weekend with the Butlers here. Most of the outdoor pictures are from our "Polima Plunge" day trip. We biked down a mountain stopping and hiking into some water falls along the way. The water was SOOOO cold. Straight from the snow melt, not far away.

John, a good friend, and a dandilion
Wind rushing past my ears
whispering an unspoken wish,
my arm resting on my good friend, Rocky. Parts of the dandilion wish tumbling gently down, down upon my friend, my friend laying in the grass. The wind whispers to my friend and he smiles. Time stands still.

Rocky, a good friend, and a dandelion
a summer day, laying in the grass, with my good friend, john, resting his weight upon my stomach.
Could it be...nah..it couldnt be.... I think it is, john is making wishes, dandelion wishes. I wonder what he could be wishing for... Is he wishing kathy, who is at home, is doing the dishes while they have been white water rafting, or is he wishing that someone will move the hot tub for him....
I wish he would get up and quit getting dandelion stuff in my hair. I grit my teeth, time stands still.
